Present:  Both the Complainants in Person.

Sh. Manu T. Ramchandran, Counsel for the OP alongwith Ms. Shalini Acharya, Advocate.

After mutual discussion, the parties have reached at amicable settlement that the OP will refund amount alongwith interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of payment by the complainants till the date of refund by the OP in three equal bi-monthly instalments. The first instalment will be paid by 08.10.2015 through pay order to be paid in equal shares to both the complainants and dispatched at their addresses.

Complainants agree to withdraw their complaint on the above terms of settlement.

Copy of the order be made available to the parties free of costs as per rules and thereafter the file be sent to Records.
