ORDER

 Counsel for Judgment Debtor No.3 has filed evidence by way of affidavit of Sh. Ashok kumar Jasrotia, Chief Accounts Office of Chandigarh Housing Board alongwith Annexure JD-3/1 & JD-3/2, which are taken on record, stating that on 30% of the principal amount interest stood paid on 04.06.2013. After hearing Counsel for the parties and on account of part payment having been made through post-dated cheques, this Execution Application stands disposed of.

                   The Decree Holder may file a-fresh Execution Application, in case, cheques are not honoured and further issue regarding payment of compensation in terms of  Jyoti Sood’s case, which is pending in the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, is finally decided.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
