Case is taken through Video Conferencing.

Present:-

Adv. Yashodhra Gupta, counsel for complainant.

During the course of the admission it is transpired that the case pertains to Parsvnath Tower, Near Shahdara Metro Station, Shahdara, Delhi 1100032, Corporate and Registered office of the OP and there is no cause of action held within the jurisdiction of this Commission, hence, the same does not fall under territorial jurisdiction of this Commission.

Smt. Yashodhra Gupta, counsel for complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint on the ground of territorial jurisdiction with liberty to file the same as per law. Heard. Allowed.

In view of the above submission made on behalf of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same as per law in the appropriate Commission. Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining the copy of same for records.
