Defence of the opposite parties already stands struck off vide order dated 15.05.2019.
Mr. Kamal Mor, learned counsel for complainant has appeared and suffered following statement:-.
“State that I may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has amicably been settled between the parties as per settlement deed dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure Ex.A-1)”.
2. In view of statement suffered by learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is ordered accordingly.
