                   Let, fresh warrants of arrest be issued against the Directors of Judgment Debtors-opposite parties namely Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jain, Managing Director & CEO, M/s Parsavnath Developers Ltd. and Mr. Rajeev Kumar Jain, Director Marketing, M/s Parsavnath Developers Ltd., Regd. Office-6^th Floor, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 through registered post returnable for 25.07.2024 through Deputy Commissioner of Police of concerned area with the request to depute a police officer not below the rank of Inspector for the purpose of execution of non bailable warrants of arrest. Report regarding execution-non-execution thereof for the adjourned date must be from concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police.

                   It is apparent from record, on 14.03.2024 an application bearing M.A. No.97 of 2024 has been filed by JD for cancellation of warrants of arrest. Today also an application bearing M.A. No.426 of 2024 has been filed by JD for cancellation of warrants of arrest.

                   M.A. No.97 of 2024 as well as M.A. No.426 of 2024 are wholly misconceived and both are dismissed as such.
