The matter has been settled in Mediation Centre. As per settlement, I have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 11,84,872/- from M/s. Parsvnath Developers Ltd. (OP) as full and final settlement in five installments as follows:-
1st installment on 01.08.2020 Rs. 3,00,000/-
2nd installment on 01.09.2020 Rs. 3,00,000/-
3rd installment on 01.10.2020 Rs. 3,00,000/-
4th installment on 01.11.2020 Rs. 1,50,000/-
5th installment on 01.12.2020 Rs. 1,34,872/-

Statement of Ms. Sargam, Proxy Counsel for OP
The matter has been settled in Mediation Centre. As per settlement, the company have agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 11,84,872/- to the complainant as full and final settlement. Company shall pay the full amount in five installments as mentioned above.

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled in Mediation Centre. As per settlement, the complainant have agreed to receive an amount of Rs. 11,84,872/- from M/s. Parsvnath Developers Ltd. (OP) as full and final settlement in five installments as follows:-
1st installment on 01.08.2020 Rs. 3,00,000/-
2nd installment on 01.09.2020 Rs. 3,00,000/-
3rd installment on 01.10.2020 Rs. 3,00,000/-
4th installment on 01.11.2020 Rs. 1,50,000/-
5th installment on 01.12.2020 Rs. 1,34,872/-
Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
