                   Ld. Counsel for the decree holder has suffered separate statement to the effect that the compromise entered into between the parties before this Commission in the present execution application has been complied with, therefore he does not want to pursue the present execution application and wants to withdraw the same.

2.                That in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the decree holders-complainants, present execution application No.11 of 2019 in C.C. No.450 of 2017 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and it is ordered accordingly. File be consigned to the records.

 

3.                Let, original documents be returned to the parties after getting photocopies of that documents from them against proper receipt and as per rules, after noting down in the registered, if maintained.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
