CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 495  OF  2017

ORDER

     On the last date of hearing, counsel for OPs appended a note on the complaint itself that he propose to settle for Rs.3000/- only. Today, the counsel for complainant has made a statement on the last order sheet itself that he accept the proposal of OPs of settling the matter on payment of Rs.3,000/- within next 30 days from today and he may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint and liberty may be given to resume the complaint if OP fails to execute the compromise as proposed. 

     In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.3000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e. 11.09.2017, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, this complaint is disposed of accordingly.

     Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
