ORDER

                    Compromise deed has been filed. Sh. J.S. Saini, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that in view of the annexure Z, he withdraws this present complaint. 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by Annexure Z.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
