     Heard. The parties have compromised the matter. Terms of the compromise in the form of Annexure-Z produced. Counsel for complainant has endorsed on the front page of the complaint that in view of compromise Annexure-Z, he withdraws the present complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Annexure-Z shall be the part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
