Sh. Simranjeet Singh, counsel for OPs has filed his vakalatnama and joined the proceedings at this stage. He has stated that the matter has been compromised.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that compromise of Rs.3000/- has been arrived between the parties and he withdraws this complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
