ORDER

     Heard. Be registered. Admit. Notice be given to OP.

     At this stage, Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Advocate, put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of OP by way of filing his vakalatnama. As counsel for OP has appeared, notice to OP need not be issued.

     The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Simranjeet Singh, Counsel for OP has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Jagan Nath Bhandari, Advocate, Complainant in person has also been recorded, in view of which this complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Forum today and the same shall form a part of this order. If the compliance of the undertaking/statement is not made by OP within the prescribed period of 30 days from today i.e. 01.02.2018, the settled amount (Rs.3,000/-) shall carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment is made to the complainant. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
