     Power of attorney on behalf of OP filed. Heard. The parties have compromised the matter. Terms of the compromise in the form of Annexure-Z produced. Counsel for complainant has endorsed on the front page of the complaint that in terms of compromise Annexure-Z, he withdraws the present complaint. Hence, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Annexure-Z shall be the part of this order. Parties adhere to the terms & conditions of compromise Annexure-Z.
