PER SHRI A. Z. KHWAJA, HON’BLE JUDICIAL  MEMBER.

            Appellant  has preferred the appeal  challenging the order dated 18/08/2022 passed by the learned   District Consumer Commission,  Gondia. The appellant has also filed  an application  for  delay of 25 days  in preferring the appeal. The appellant  has contended that  the delay of 25 days  had occurred  due to time consume  in taking the necessary  sanction  from Head Office. After  receiving  the sanction  the concerned advocate  was not  available  due to Diwali Vacation and so  there was delay of 25 days  in filing  the appeal.  On going through  the  contents  of the application  and after hearing, the learned  advocate  for the appellant  the delay of 25 days   in filing  the appeal is hereby condoned in the interest of justice. Appeal be taken on record.
