As per office report, record of the District Forum has been received.

                    This revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioner/Opposite Party  No.1, against the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, UT, Chandigarh in Miscellaneous Application No.15 of 2016 in Consumer Complaint No.426 of 2003, vide which, for non-appearance, the application filed by the Revision Petitioner was dismissed.

                    The said application was filed to hear a complaint, which was adjourned sine-die.

                    As per report made by office of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, U.T., Chandigarh in Miscellaneous Application No.15 of 2016, record of Consumer Complaint No.426 of 2003 is available in the records of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh.                    

                    After hearing Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, we allow the revision petition. Order dated 31.03.2016 is set aside and application is restored to its original number. The District Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh is directed to take up the matter on 27.05.2016. 

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to both the Forum i.e. I & II.

                    Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
