ORDER:  

                             Today the case has fixed for arguments. 

  During the course of arguments, Shri R.K.Gupta, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he is ready to accept an amount of Rs.18,000/- from opposite parties Nos.1 & 2, jointly & severally as compensation for damages.”

                             Keeping in view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant,  the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction  to opposite parties, jointly & severally, to pay Rs.18,000/- as compensation for damages within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
