ORDER

              Rupender son of Smt. Sukirti Devi complainant-DH is present in person and he has made a statement that he is authorized by his mother Smt. Sukirti Devi to withdrawn the present execution petition and thus, he does not want to proceed any further with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied as his mother has received full and final payment and nothing is due towards the respondent-JD.

              Keeping in view the above statement, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
