1.         This revision application is directed against the proceeding recorded in Roznama dtd.29.07.2009 in execution proceedings bearing R.A.No.41/2008 before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Suburban Mumbai District.

2.       Heard Adv. Mr P P Pathare for the applicants.  He wants to withdraw the revision petition.  According to the counsel, they want to take proper steps before the Forum to prosecute their application u/s 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (the Act for brevity).

3.       Original Execution Application marked as ‘Ex.A’ is at pg 18 of compilation.  We observe that it refers orders passed in various complaints bearing nos.439, 453, 456, 459, 503, 518, 562, 570, 602, 663 and 673 of 1998.  Execution application is pressed u/s 27 of the Act.  However, since now the revision application is withdrawn and we only hope that while prosecuting in execution application before the Forum all concern, the Fora as well as the parties to the proceedings would adopt proper procedure.

4.       In view of the fact that the revision application is not pressed by revisionist, the revision petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.  No order as to costs.
