ORDER   CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF      CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.                             Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No.306   of 2011 passed the order on 25 Apr 2012 is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Principle Amount 56,701/-,with Interst@18% w.e.f 20.06.1997 till final realization compensation for Rs. 1,50,000/-, cost of complaint Rs. 100/-,Is due to the Complainants from the above Opposite parties/ Judgment Debtors, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No.236/1999 and that the Collector  of Thane District, shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.                    Further, the Collector of Thane District, shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite parties / Judgment Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.                    The Certificate is given on this 26 Apr 2012.
