CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY U/s 25(3) OF
CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.
Whereas, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in Execution Application No.325 of 2011 has passed the order on 11 July 2012. It is hereby certify that under Section-25(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, a sum of Principle Amount 71,251/-, Interst@18% w.e.f17.09.1992 till final realization. Compensation Rs 2,00,000/-,and Costs of Complaint 100/-, is due to the Complainant from the above Opposite parity/ Judgment Debtor, as per order passed by Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Mumbai Suburban District, Mumbai in C.C.No.219 of 1999 on and that the Collector of Thane District, shall proceed to recover the said amount from the above mentioned the Opposite party / Judgment Debtors in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.
Further, the Collector of Thane District, shall recover the execution charges, if any either on ad-hoc basis or actual basis as per rules from the above mentioned the Opposite party / Judgment Debtors along with the amount for which this recovery certificate is issued.
The Certificate is given on this 13 July 2012.

1. तक्रारदारांनी मालमत्‍तेचा तपशिल दाखल केलेला आहे. तक्रारदारांनी अंमलबजावणी अर्जातील कलम 1 मधील दुसरा अर्ज दाखल केलेला नाही. ही बाब नमूद केलेली आहे. त्‍याप्रमाणे प्रस्‍तुत मंचाचे आदेशाप्रमाणे वसुली प्रमाणपत्र मा.जिल्‍हाधिकारी ठाणे यांचेकडे पाठविण्‍यात यावे. प्रकरण समाप्‍त.
