At the time of hearing, the matter has amicably been settled.

                        It is agreed by Counsel for the appellant that the appellant shall refund the amount of Rs.2,02,000/- to the respondent/complainant and also pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims raised against the appellant/Opposite Party.

                        The proposal made has been accepted by the respondent/complainant who is present in person and also by his Counsel.

                        It is on record that at the time of filing this appeal, the appellant had deposited statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- and also thereafter deposited an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- under order dated 07.07.2017 passed by this Commission, which as per report made by the office, is lying deposited with this Commission and deposited in the office Bank Account on 17.07.2017.

                        In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, office is directed to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,50,000/- + Rs.25,000/-  (statutory amount deposited at the time of filing the appeal), alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, to Sh. Paramjit Singh Sandhu, respondent/complainant, within 7 days from today against proper receipt and identification. It is stated by Counsel for the appellant/Opposite Party that the balance amount of Rs.47,000/- shall be paid to the respondent/complainant, through cheque/demand draft within 30 days from today.

                        Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
