          Learned counsel for revisionist has made a statement recorded separately to the effect that since main complaint before District Commission, Sri Muktsar Sahib, has already been decided, so the present Revision Petition, for setting aside the ex parte order date 15.11.2021, has become infructuous and this revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.  

           In view of above, the present Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
