Present:        Complainant in person.

 

          Today the case is fixed for appearance of OP. At this stage, the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, he withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
