Complaint under Section 34(2)(d) of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:        Shri Chetan Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.

 

 

          Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant made a separate statement on the instructions of the Complainant that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
