Statement of Sh.R.K.Bhardwaj, Advocate Counsel for the DH has already been recorded that he has received a Cheque bearing No.007249 dated 05.11.2017 for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) drawn on Union Bank of India on behalf of the DH. As such, the execution application stands fully satisfied and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement already suffered by Ld. Counsel for the DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
