          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the OP who appears in person. 

2.      Perused the revision petition and the impugned order.

3.      We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order but only dispose of the revision petition by directing the learned District Commission, Jagatsinghpur  to dispose of the complaint petition on all the points as raised by the petitioner within 60 days after receipt of this order. Both parties are directed to  appear before the learned District Commission on 24.04.2023 to take further instruction from it.

        The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
