                     The counsel for complainant has made a statement that due to some technical grounds, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with the permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Statement to this effect has been recorded separately.

                   In view of above statement, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  Original documents be returned to the complainant, after pertaining the photocopy of the same placed on file.  File be consigned after due compliance.
