Vodafone South Limited (Earlier known as Vodafone Essar South Limited) (A Company registered under the Companies Act) having its registered office at C-48, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi and Regional Office at C-131, Industrial Area, Phase VIII, SAS Nagar, Mohali through its Authorized Representative.

          Pankaj Saini-Complainant has stated that he has received a Cheque (Annexure A2) of Rs.25,000/- from the appellant towards full and final settlement of his claim and as such does not want to proceed further with the complaint and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. 

 

2.      It is ordered accordingly. 

3.      The appeal stands disposed of.

4.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of period of appeal/revision, if any.
