Present:        Sh. Ajay Kumar Bahl, Appellant in person.

 

        After some arguments appellant states that he is not interested in pursuing the present appeal and be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to avail appropriate remedy at appropriate Forum in accordance with the law.

        In view of the above statement of the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.  

        Appellant shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy at appropriate forum in accordance with law.
