Final Order / Judgement Learned Counsel Mr. D.P. Sarangi is present on behalf of the Appellant and filed a memo stating that :-   “All the loan accounts including Bank Guarantee accounts as refunded to in the onsumer complaint have since been closed and Bank has received all its claims. The Complainant/ Respondent is also dead long since. In the aforesaid premises the appeal may be absed with the aforesaid observation and cost as imposed may be waived. This F.A. has become infructuous.”   Memo be kept in record.    In view of such fact the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.   Statutory amount may be refunded to the Appellant  on proper  identification.   Send back the DFR.
