Shri Ajay Namdeo, counsel for appellant.

Ms. Shabina Ali, counsel for respondent.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that the appellant has complied  with the order passed by the District Forum, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the appeal and seeks to withdraw the same.  He prays for permission to withdrawn the predeposit amount deposited by him.

Learned counsel for respondent has no objection.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for appellant, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.  The appellant shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount of pre-deposit.
