Pankaj                            Vs.              Pankaj Electronics.

Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Pankaj Arora Proprietor of Pankaj Electronics.

                   Shri Pankaj Arora, Proprietor of Pankaj Electronics appeared and made a statement to the effect that settlement has been effected with the complainant. In view of the settlement, they are ready to give Rs.600/- to the complainant and complainant will have to return his fan. He further submitted that when the complainant will handover the fan to the opposite party, opposite party will make the amount.

                   Complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and in view of the same, he wants to withdraws the present complainant.  

                   Keeping in view the statements above, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
