This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to issue marks memo of previous Practical Paper-II and issue Provisional Certificates and migration certificates and other certificates required to be issued to the complainant and to pay Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation and also costs of the proceedings.

 

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of  Chanchala Ravi Kumar, the complainant in person and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

             Complainant and OP.2 present in person and filed joint memo for withdrawal of case, as the matter settled out of court.  Complaint dismissed as withdrawn.
