MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-

                Complainant has filed C.C.Case No. 47/2022 U/s-35 of C.P.Act,2019 before this Commission. Complainant remained absent repeatedly .Heard the Ld. Counsel for the Op who submitted that G.S.T. number has been reflected also mentioned in the bill. The Complainant mentioned in Para No. 2 & 3 are that, on dt. 07/09/22, he has purchased  two tyres for his relative 155/65 R14 by paying Rs. 3400/- each & total Rs. 6800/- & demanded GST bill but the Panda Brother tyre shop given him only a challan which has GSTIN No. 21AAIFP6972GIZ4. He has been 3 times to the shop for the bill (GST)but they refused to provide the same. The person in chair had taken Rs. 7000/- but provided Rs. 6800/- receipt, on demand of GST bill they misbehaved him and called gundas to attack him. Being a peace loving person did not go to police but has filed this C.C.Case for appropriate action.

                 The matter relates to payment and receipt of Rs. 200/- excess than the bill amount but there is no evidence to that effect and the Complainant is also absent and with regard to misbehave and calling gundas to attack the Complainant, this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain the same .

                Hence the C.C. Case  No. 47/2022 is devoid of any merit and is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs.

               Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
