The complainant has filed an application seeking to withdraw the present complaint subject to the terms and conditions of MOU dated 14/06/2023 signed by both parties.  The complainant has also submitted in his application that the issues involved in the present case has been amicably settled between the parties and complainant has already paid Rs. 78234/- through cheque as maintenance charges / possession charges as mentioned in para- 7 of the MOU dated 14/06/2023.

        After perusing the file, withdrawal application, copies of MOU & cheque, we allow the Complainant to withdraw his complaint subject to the terms and conditions of the MOU dated 14/06/2023. File be consigned in record room after taking necessary action.
