In view of the full satisfaction memo filed by counsel for DHR this case is advanced today on 9-1-2013 from 15-1-2013. The counsel for the DHR stated in the memo that the matter is settled out of Forum and he requested to close the case against all the JDRs in FS of the claim. The same is recorded and this E.A.No.9/2012 in C.D.No.235/1998 is terminated as fully satisfied.
