Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

            Complainant present and filed memo to the following effect:

        “It is submitted that above numbered case stands posted to              02-09-11.  It is further submitted that I may be permitted to withdraw the case against the defendant as the defendant furnished the necessary information under the Right to Information Act.

Hence, the memo”.

        In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed without costs as settled.
