ORDER

            This is a complaint filed by the complainant against opposites u/sec. 12 of Consumer Protection Act for to award compensation amount, on the allegations of deficiency in service for non furnishing required information within prescribed period under R.T.I. Act.

            The circular issued by the Hon’ble State Commission bearing No.  PÀgÁD/DqÀ½vÀ/31/2011 ¢. 29-08-2012 on the basis of the judgment in KIC 12026 PTN 2011 dt. 17-07-2012 for not to entertain, such complaints by the District Consumer Forums. Hence, this complaint is dismissed as it is not entertainable by this Forum as per circular of the Hon’ble State Commission.
