ORDER                                O R D E R   By Smt. Padmini Sudheesh, President:             The complainant has been deposited Rs.5000/- with the first respondent firm in the name of his minor daughter on 1.1.03 as per receipt No.451. It was promised to return Rs.10,000/- on due date. But the amount has not been returned. So a registered notice has been sent on 30.1.08 but the amount is not returned so far. Hence the complaint.             2. The respondents are called absent and set exparte.             3. The complainant filed affidavit and Exts. P1 to P8 documents to prove her case.             4. Ext. P1 is the receipt which would show that Rs.5000/- has been deposited by the complainant on 1.1.03 with the first respondent firm on condition to pay Rs.10,000/-. Since there is no evidence to the contrary the complainant is entitled to get the amount claimed.             5. In the result the complaint is allowed and the respondents are directed to return Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 1.1.08 till today and 6% interest till realization.                             Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the open Forum, this the 25th day of April 2011.
