Complainant above named filed this complaint against the aforesaid O.P praying for certain reliefs. He alleged in a prescribed proforma that he is badly suffering for deficiency in service on the part of the O.P. Hence he filed this complaint.

On perusal of the record we find that 12.12.2023 was fixed for admission hearing. On that date complainant not yet appeared. He was asked to file show cause by 27.12.2023. But he did not turn up nor filed show cause. Even he did not file the same till 16.01.2024. His conduct indicates that he has no interest to proceed with this case.

Under this situation we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence,

            it is ordered,

                                   that the present case be and the same vide No. C.C. 382/2023 is dismissed being not admitted.

The case is thus disposed of.

           
Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR, 2005.
