ORDER

     Vakalatnamas on behalf of OP No.1 & 4 have been filed separately by Sh.Nirmaljeet Singh Sidhu, Advocate. The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP No.4 in the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Nirmaljeet Singh Sidhu, Counsel for OP No.4 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Manbahadur,Complainant in person, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
