Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 12.03.2024. Complainant is not appearing since 08.08.2023. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
