Today  Ld. counsel for the complainant has made statement that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the opposite parties have already replaced the compressor of the A.C. in question with old one to the satisfaction of the complainant and they have also paid Rs. 5,000/- through cheque No. 339395 dated 10.8.2017 in favour of Gurpreet Singh complainant and the claim of the complainant has been fully satisfied and the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to record room.
