ORDER

                   This case has been taken up today, because 14^th April, 2016 was declared holiday on account of Birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.                   Memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Ranbir Singh, agent for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP-1 has complied with the order of this Forum dated 11.12.2015. I have received Cheque bearing No.054057, dated 09.02.2016 for Rs.8000/- in favour of Bhupinder Kaur. I do not wish to press this execution application. So, this execution application be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque.                         Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
