ORDER

     Counsel for complainant has made statement on the order sheet itself to withdraw the complaint as the OP company has replaced the defective AC with model No.CS-S18SKY and also given 1+1 year extended warranty. In view of the said statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
