During the course of proceedings of this case, Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 got recorded his statement that Opposite Party No.1 is ready to give the new hand set Model Panasonic Eluga I2 4G to the complainant within 15 days after receiving the order from this Hon'ble Forum. Complainant also got recorded his statement that he accepts the offer given by Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1, the present complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Resultantly, the present complaint is disposed of with direction to the Opposite Party No.1 to give the new hand set Model Panasonic Eluga I2 4G to the complainant within 15 days from the receipt of copy of this order as full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of this case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
