ORDER

                   This case has been taken up today, because 07^th July, 2016 was declared holiday on account of Idu’l-Fitr.            

                   Sh. N.S. Sidhu, counsel for the OP -1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OP-1 offers to pay Rs.6690/- as invoice price to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute.  The amount will be paid within 30 days from today”. 

                   Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.  I shall handover the mobile handset alongwith accessories to OP-1 at the time of receiving of the payment. I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-1 shall pay a sum of 6690/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e. 08.07.2016, failing which the OP-1 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
