Today is fixed for payment of previous cost of Rs.200/- by the complainant and filing showing cause by the complainant as to why case shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

O.P. No.2 is present by filing hazira through Ld. Advocate.

It is now 4:00 p.m.

On repeated calls, complainant neither found present nor any attendance is filed.

Cause as per order No. 17 dated 18.02.2016 has not been shown nor the cost of Rs.200/- paid by the complainant and record shows that the complainant was absent on previous 2 consecutive days without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the case being No.CC-10/2015 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost
