3.       New Tec Electronics through its proprietor, SCO 495-496, 1^st Floor, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                   Ops No.1 to 3 already ex-parte.

 

                  

Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint.

 Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
