Final Order / Judgement 30.10.2023 Present:- Sh. Satnam Singh, complainant in person. Sh. Ashok Kumar, Proprietor of OP No.1 in person. Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate counsel for OP No.2.   Sh. Satnam Singh, complainant appeared in person and has suffered a statement that the OP No.1 has compromised the matter with him and he is ready to give him Geyser of 25 Liter of Brand name Krisp. The Geyser carries a warranty of two years for the heating element and five years warranty for the water tank which is made of steel. However, if the heating element gets any problem then he will take that element to the shop of the OP No.1 to get it replaced. Hence he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the compromise.   Sh. Ashok Kumar, Proprietor of OP No.1 also appeared in person and has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of the complainant. He will abide by the terms and conditions of the compromise as stated by the complainant in his statement and agree with the same in toto.   In view of the statements suffered by both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as compromised. The parties will be bound by their statements.
